What is it?
ATP Science BCAA 2:1:1 is a branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) supplement that will prevent the breakdown of muscle tissue (catabolism), reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), assist with muscle recovery, enhance nutrient delivery, and boost hydration. Which is essential to any athlete's recovery and performance. There are three main Proteinogenic BCAAS that are BCAA 2:1:1 leucine, isoleucine and valine.
ATP Science BCAA 2:1:1 will, therefore, help you if you want to work out more frequently at a higher intensity which aids in your body's ability to stimulate more muscle growth.
How to use it?
ATP Science BCAA 2:1:1 should be taken at least 1-2 times per day. When taking ATP Science BCAA 2:1:1 during workouts, mix it with at least 500-700ml of water in a Supplement Solutions Shaker before beginning your workout and aim to finish that before your workout ends.
Not only is this product great for sipping on during your workout you're able to have it during the day if desired which we highly recommend for maximum benefits.
How long does it take to work?
ATP Science BCAA 2:1:1 prevents muscle tissue breakdown immediately. You will experience increased endurance and the ability to train at an intense level. You will also feel a difference in your muscle fatigue which will decrease muscle soreness post-workout and in the days afterward.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated.
Payment for goods from the website can be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express and/or Internet Bank Transfer. Orders are not accepted until full payment is received / approved.
Payment via Afterpay and LayBuy accepted.
Delivery charges
Orders over $60 receive free delivery.
All orders $60 or under will be charged a flat shipping rate of $4.
An additional $10 will be charged if an order includes larger tubs of protein powders.
Delivery time estimates
We use Post Haste Couriers, NZ's most extensive delivery network. Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Post Haste call-in to collect parcels in the afternoon, therefore same day dispatch applies to orders placed before 2pm.
When your parcel is picked up you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your goods. To ensure a fast delivery, we suggest you have your package delivered where you will be during working hours. However parcels can be left at your door upon request (at your own risk), please note this in the comments at check-out.
Approximate delivery times (during normal work hours, Monday-Friday) are as follows:
- Christchurch - allow up to 2 days, typically overnight.
- North Island - overnight delivery or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)
- South Island - overnight delivery, or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)
Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days. Post Haste does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
International orders
Supplement Solutions does not ship outside of New Zealand.
Returns of Damaged or Faulty Product
When you receive your parcel, please check it as soon as possible and if there are any issues please email us at info@supplementsolutions.co.nz with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within seven days of receipt of goods.
Refunds and Returns
For hygiene and health & safety reasons in alignment with FSANZ guidelines, we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch to your address. After dispatch orders cannot be cancelled for any reason.
