Ghost Lifestyle Amino V2
What is it?
Ghost Amino V2 is a hydration enhancing amino acid supplement designed to improve performance during your workouts and improve muscle recovery in between your workouts.
What will it do?
Ghost Amino contains scientifically validated ingredients that will help prevent the breakdown of muscle tissue (catabolism), reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), assist with muscle recovery, and boost hydration.
How to use it?
To take advantage of the effects provided by Ghost Amino, it can be taken during workouts or during the day.
When taking Ghost Amino during workouts, mix it with water in a Supplement Solutions shaker immediately before beginning your workout.
We suggest mixing 1-2 scoops of Ghost Amino with enough water to get your desired taste and level of sweetness. Then head to the weights or cardio room and get your workout started.
Start sipping Ghost Amino as soon as you get started, and sip it at frequent intervals until it is all gone. We suggest finishing the entire shaker of Ghost Amino about 30mins into your workout – this will ensure that your muscles are flooded with Ghost Amino right up until the end of your workout.
When taking Ghost Amino during the day, simply mix 1-2 scoops with enough water to get your desired taste and level of sweetness in a Supplement Solutions shaker, shake it up, and enjoy!
What will you feel?
Ghost Amino prevents muscle tissue breakdown immediately, so you will notice the effects of this supplement during your very first workout. You will experience increased endurance and feel like you can workout at a heightened intensity for longer. You will then notice that your muscles are not as sore as they usually are the days following your workout.

We are still shipping during Level 4, Monday - Friday. All orders placed before 2pm will dispatch on the same day. We provide free overnight delivery on all orders, though the additional pressure on the courier services may delay delivery by a further 1-3 days.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated.
Payment for goods from the website can be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express and/or Internet Bank Transfer. Orders are not accepted until full payment is received / approved.
Payment via Afterpay, Humm and LayBuy accepted.
Supplement Solutions offers FREE DELIVERY on all orders for New Zealand delivered orders.
Same Day Local Delivery
We use Kiwi Express Couriers for this service. This option for Same Day service only applies Monday to Friday within the local Christchurch area. Cutoff time for Same Day Delivery is 2pm therefor orders must be placed prior to this time.
Delivery time estimates
We use Post Haste Couriers, NZ's most extensive delivery network. Post Haste call in for pickups multiple times during the day and orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible.
When your parcel is picked up you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your goods. To ensure a fast delivery, we suggest you have your package delivered where you will be during working hours. However parcels can be left at your door upon request (at your own risk), please note this in the comments at check-out.
Approximate delivery times (during normal work hours, Monday-Friday) are as follows:
- Christchurch - allow up to 2 days, typically overnight.
- North Island - overnight delivery or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)
- South Island - overnight delivery, or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)
Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days. Post Haste doesn't deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Supplement Solutions will not ship outside of New Zealand.
Returns of Damaged or Faulty Product
When you receive your parcel, please check it as soon as possible and if there are any issues please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within seven days of receipt of goods.
Refunds and Returns
We only provide refunds for faulty products. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch to your address. After dispatch orders cannot be cancelled for any reason.
