Why we exist
Every supplement shop is built to sell you something. Walk into one and you are met by a wall of promises, all in the same font, all shouting, none of them answering the question you actually came in with.
And most people come in with a question, not a shopping list. Where do I start. Is creatine worth it. Why is this one eighty dollars and that one thirty. Do I need this at all. Those are good questions. They are also the questions people are least likely to ask out loud, because the industry has spent twenty years making beginners feel like they should already know.
We started in 2016 to be the answer to that. Not a bigger range: a carefully curated one, built around supplements with clear ingredient information for everyday Kiwis. And, above all, a place where you can ask.
