Refund policy

When you receive your parcel, please check it as soon as possible and if there are any issues please email us at info@supplementsolutions.co.nz with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within seven days of receipt of goods.

We only provide refunds for faulty products. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
