I’ve been using a combination of ATP science products; Venus Alpha+, T432 and the Cort RX. These products combined with a well balanced diet I’ve seen a suppression in menstruation pain, a boost in motivation/ energy, a lack of bloating and an overall increase in happiness performance at the gym. As someone who has endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, likely PCOS as well as a list of hormonal imbalances as long as my arm, ATP Alpha Venus is the one thing I've found that actually, noticably relieves the chaos and stabilize my body, moods and sleep.
If you're unsure, try it for a month - the balance internally and changes are noticable after 2-3 days. Worth it's weight in gold!
