How do I know whether click and collect is available?
Add your items to the basket and continue to secure Shopify checkout. Pickup is available for the order only when Shopify shows it as a checkout option. The storefront does not claim a separate live Tower Junction inventory feed.
When can I collect my order?
Wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection. Selecting pickup at checkout does not mean the order is ready, so please do not travel before that confirmation arrives.
Where is the pickup point?
Collection is from Supplement Solutions at Inception Gym, Tower Junction, 65 Blenheim Road, Addington, Christchurch. The staffed pickup hours shown on this page are Monday to Thursday 9am–7pm and Friday to Saturday 10am–2pm.
Does online stock guarantee Tower Junction pickup?
No. Product-page availability is not a promise that the item can be collected from Tower Junction. Shopify checkout confirms whether pickup is offered for the current basket, and the ready-for-collection confirmation tells you when to travel.
What should I bring when collecting?
