Supplement Solutions offers a free delivery service for orders over $70.00 throughout New Zealand (excluding large and bulky protein items), with daily dispatch Mon - Fri. Public holidays and weekends can effect delivery times. For standard orders under $70.00, a $6.00 shipping fee applies. For large and bulky protein items, a $10.00 shipping fee applies.

How much is standard shipping in New Zealand?

Standard delivery is free on eligible orders over $70. Under that, checkout shows the exact cost for your address before you pay.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes, tracking lands in your email when the order ships. Not there? Check the address you used at checkout, then give us a shout.

How long will delivery take?

Most parcels arrive within a few working days. We dispatch Monday to Friday, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm on working days. Rural addresses can take a little longer, and weekends and public holidays can affect delivery times.
