When do I take it?
Deficit can be taken between 1-2 times per day.
For your first serving, simply take 1 scoop of Deficit with at least 50ml of water 15 – 30 minutes before doing your fasted cardio exercise or as you start your day on an empty stomach.
An additional second serving of Deficit can be taken 6-8 hours later with water.
Supplement Solutions recommends considering how much caffeine you consume in a 24 hour period before consuming a second serving.
Supplement Solutions recommends taking Deficit for 60 days straight before taking a 7 day break.
How long does it take?
You will notice the initial effects of Deficit within the first hour of use; your energy levels will rise and you may feel a slight rise in your body temperature. Combined with a sensible dieting and training regime tailored to your health and fitness goals, you will experience significant weight loss within the first 2 weeks of use.

Prices and payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated.
Payment for goods from the website can be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express and/or Internet Bank Transfer. Orders are not accepted until full payment is received / approved.
Payment via Afterpay and LayBuy accepted.
Orders over $60 receive free delivery.
All orders $60 or under will be charged a flat shipping rate of $4.
An additional $10 will be charged if an order includes larger tubs of protein powders.
Delivery time estimates
We use Post Haste Couriers, NZ's most extensive delivery network. Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Post Haste call-in to collect parcels in the afternoon, therefore same day dispatch applies to orders placed before 2pm.
When your parcel is picked up you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your goods. To ensure a fast delivery, we suggest you have your package delivered where you will be during working hours. However parcels can be left at your door upon request (at your own risk), please note this in the comments at check-out.
Approximate delivery times (during normal work hours, Monday-Friday) are as follows:
- Christchurch - allow up to 2 days, typically overnight.
- North Island - overnight delivery or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)
- South Island - overnight delivery, or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)
Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days. Post Haste does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Supplement Solutions does not ship outside of New Zealand.
Returns of Damaged or Faulty Product
When you receive your parcel, please check it as soon as possible and if there are any issues please email us at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within seven days of receipt of goods.
Refunds and Returns
For hygiene and health & safety reasons in alignment with FSANZ guidelines, we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch to your address. After dispatch orders cannot be cancelled for any reason.
