Sanderson Premium Flax Seed Oil 1000 mg provides a plant-based balance of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. Its main omega-3 is alpha-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid that must be obtained through the diet.
This organic, non-GMO flaxseed oil can support general wellbeing as part of a balanced diet, including normal cardiovascular, joint and skin health. Natural vitamin E is included in each softgel.
