Sanderson Magnesium FX combines four organic forms of magnesium selected for absorption and utilisation. Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function, energy metabolism, bone health, heart rhythm and healthy immune function.
The formula also includes vitamin B6, vitamin D3 and selenium as nutritional cofactors. Because magnesium can support relaxation and restful sleep, the manufacturer suggests taking the tablets in the evening.
