Directions

Begin with 1 scoop (15 g) mixed in 750 mL of water before training to assess tolerance. The physical label allows a maximum of 2 scoops (30 g) mixed in 1.5 L of water. Do not exceed 2 scoops in any 24-hour period. Always follow the directions on the tub you receive if its packaging differs.
