Sanderson 5-HTP provides a concentrated botanical source of 5-hydroxytryptophan from Griffonia simplicifolia seeds. 5-HTP is a naturally occurring amino-acid derivative used by the body as a precursor in the production of serotonin and melatonin.
This one-a-day formula is intended to support normal sleep patterns and mood during times of worry. Each capsule supplies 100 mg of 5-HTP in a straightforward, low-allergy formulation.
